Patrick Keelty is a third generation contractor originally from Maryland. He spent summers during high school and college working trades in the construction industry. After several years working in his family’s company he came to Aspen as a ski instructor for a season and never left. Keelty Construction became incorporated in 1989 starting with small homes and remodels. The company now manages a vast range of projects from custom residential homes to large commercial buildings.  Through hard work, integrity and attentiveness to clients, Keelty Construction has become a distinguished business in the Aspen valley. Patrick remains closely involved in every facet of each project from value engineering to competition.

As an integral part of the community, Keelty Construction gives back to several non-profits in the Valley.  Patrick currently sits on the board of directors for Friends of Aspen Sports & Recreation Complex (SPARC), Town of Snowmass Village Planning Commission, Snowmass Village Board of Appeal & Examiners, and Town of Snowmass Village Design Review.
