Where we started

Patrick Keelty grew up around construction sites in Maryland, learning the trade as a third-generation contractor before eventually finding his way to Colorado. In 1989, he put down roots of his own, founding Keelty Construction in the Aspen/Snowmass Valley. More than three decades later, that same hands-on approach still defines the company — a commitment to thoughtful problem-solving, careful craftsmanship, and the relationships built along the way.

Keelty Construction remains deeply connected to the Roaring Fork Valley, not just through the homes it builds but through its ongoing support of local organizations and community initiatives. Patrick currently sits on the board of directors for Snowmass Village Board of Appeal & Examiners, and Town of Snowmass Village Design Review, and was previously a part of the Town of Snowmass Village Planning Commission.
